"We arrived early on the train and asked if they would watch our bags until check-in. As it turned out, the room was ready even at 10 a.m.! The room was clean and modern with a large television. The bed was comfortable and had quality pillows. Breakfast was bountiful with many choices. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. "

"We stayed in room 12 which has a bath in the bedroom. Still not sure this is really a desirable option but it was interesting. The place is great, well-situated and friendly. No restaurant other than for breakfast but there are plenty of options nearby. We were woken at 6 on both mornings by noises (running water one time, something like a boiler firing up on the other occasion) but this is a fairly minor quibble. "

"Clean, comfortable, well maintained property. The host and staff were responsive and friendly. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to dine in. Located in safe, residential area. About a 10 minute walk to the Canterbury Cathedral. There is a Tessco Express and pub near by. Highly recommended. "
