Guy at front desk stated "asleep apt 12, no contact time" when asked for a room key due to mine being locked inside. Shower curtain was used on bed as a sheet. Asked to get a fitted sheet, was told they have none. Entire room smelled like food, and not in a good way. Shower head was broken. Bed was horrible. Insanity that this place is open.

This place was facing the road so quite noisy had a barking dog right behind the building that barked constantly had no Ice for the building they didn't clean our room or provide clean towels without calling for them on there phone the bed had bedbugs besides that it was fine 😡

Pésima actitud por parte del administrador, debería de llevar un curso de servicio al cliente para que aprenda a tratar a las personas y ser menos agresivo. Además trato de estafarme solicitándome la tarjeta de crédito, sabiendo de antemano que la habitación estaba cancelado desde que la reservé. La habitación es un poco ruidosa, pero la ubicación del motel es buena. Cuando cambien la administración, tal vez se ganen una Estrella. Por los momentos es mejor cambiar al administrador.

Room had no microwave TV didn’t work. Blood on the shower curtains. Place smelled like cigarettes. Owner was rude. Housekeeper stole my phone. Don’t ever go there. Save your money

There was mice droppings in the room, specifically on the bed. When I called the desk at 11:00 pm to ask for a new blanket I was told to wait till tomorrow.

Not sure I’d go again
The owner called me multiple times the day of check in to find out when I was showing up. Even after I explained over the phone that I was indeed going to check in that day he called and left multiple messages asking what time. I got to the hotel at 9:30pm. He told me it was so late. The he required cash as a deposit, I don’t carry cash so he pointed me to an on-site atm. I tried pressing back on this but he refused to take my card for deposit. The atm machine didn’t even work so he didn’t get a deposit from me. The bedsheets and blankets were soft. The water pressure was decent but it didn’t get hot, was just warm enough to be comfortable. Also the fire alarm looked like it had been pulled and never reset… not sure how safe this property is for several reasons.

Maid stole my wife’s earrings! The guy running the place was ALWAYS rude with EVERY interaction. After we checked out we called him to let him know that we left my wife’s earrings in the room by mistake and he let his cleaning staff just steal the earrings! Then he argued with my wife when we got back! Not to mention the hotel room smelled like homelessness, sheets were dirty, and the tv didn’t work!

Comfortable stay
Small room but very clean as well as the bathroom. Shower was spotless. Only downfall was the towels and washcloths provided were stained/dirty and had hair stuck in the fabric so we didn’t use them.

Nasty Dive hotels.com should be ashamed
Well I can't believe that you guys actually have this on your site this place was a dive it was horrible disgusting dirty and a totally sketchy crime ridden neighborhood. I didn't even feel safe giving my information or my driver's license or credit card to the guy that was actually working there and he didn't feel safe enough that he could even have an open lobby there's a used condom on the stairs as in the way up to my room there's a sketchy guy sitting on the stairs I think he was selling drugs and the room was disgusting I'm a Paul that you guys would even have these people on your website. I feel betrayed by hotels.com

The room was decent. AC was broken, but temperature outside was cold. Room could have been cleaned better, but was ok for the price. Location was not the best. Heard a lot of yelling/domestics throughout the night. A few shady characters. I was even approached by a guy who asked to borrow $2 for a room and in return would "smoke me out"

Good for value but cleanliness was a concern
The hotel price is good for the value; however, I was not happy about the readiness of the room when I checked into the hotel. Then, the hotel changed my room. The pillow did not have a cover in the other room. I put a towel on the pillow to sleep. I have checked into the hotel a second night. It is better this time.

If you are single and just in town for a couple nights, this is not a bad choice. Owner does his best to keep out drug addicts. Strip club a block away within walking distance
