"The location of this hotel could not be better. Central for sightseeing but tucked in a backstreet that is quiet at night. The view toward the river is spectacular. The room we had was spacious and functional, although the furnishings were a bit tired. Plentiful hot water and pressure. Wifi did not work well in our room and hotel staff did not resolve that. There was a problem with the card key to our room and we had to get a real key instead. Elevators did not work on and off. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay again because of the fantastic location."

The property is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and offers a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly stood out. The breakfast was outstanding, with an extensive selection of fresh, high-quality items and something to suit every taste. It was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay. Combined with its excellent location and impeccable service, Fairmont Prague exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague."

"I loved my stay here! When I first arrived I was greeted by a very friendly front desk person. I don't remember her name (I think starts with an M) but she was amazing and so easy to talk to. She recommended some places for me to visit and always took the time to say hi and chat with me. The room itself was very large, clean, and so comfortable to stay and work in. It's central but far enough that you don't get much noise. It's close to great places to eat and great coffee spots! They also have umbrellas for you to borrow which I found so helpful since it was raining most days. If I come back to Prague, I would love to stay here again."
