“We came in late September-The room didn’t have any heating, we tried to move the air-conditioning mode to heating and it just pushed air out, we were freezing all night. The bad mattress and pillows were uncomfortable and blanket was too light to keep us warm. The room itself is very basic and simply designed, felt like two starts (maybe). We paid for one night $300 before fees and taxes- with the fees it ended up just under $500- the cost didn’t make sense for what we got,”
