“Clean and quiet”

“If I could, I would give this hotel zero stars. The check-in process took forever. Breakfast was practically nonexistent — people stood in a long line for omelets, and there wasn’t even enough for everyone. With only one waiter on the floor, getting coffee or a refill was nearly impossible. If a hotel advertises breakfast included, it’s reasonable to expect a decent meal. To make matters worse, a month later the hotel called demanding an extra $22 “hotel charge,” even though everything had...

“Outside space was grwat”

“There were activities for all ages, especially kids which was a great plus. The resort is a bit secluded and we wish there could have been more options for eating. We placed a room delivery order from one of the on site restaurants which did not arrive for more than 90 minutes. I had to go pick it up and the food was cold by then. They were nice enough to give few add ons for free. The resort was may be 25 % occupied and they could have given us a better room, but they gave us a room which was...
