“The place was horrible the bathroom was so small you had to step over the toilet to get to the shower. You have to leave the door open to even go to the bathroom. Extension cords everywhere in the room to run tv lights and space heater. The light fixture was falling out of the ceiling I want a refund and so glad you asked for a review. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this Victorian B&B. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy and we had a delicious breakfast. It is located on a main road and is easy to find. The inn is nicely appointed. We do enjoy the charm of an old historic dwelling and the antique furnishings. Adrienne is friendly and hospitable.”

“Room was great with high end mattresses and clean like one would expect . We arrived at 12:30 pm and check in wasnt an issue at all . Will stay here again for certain. ”

“Room was very spacious & clean. All of the staff was very friendly. The weather was warm so we were able to enjoy the courtyard. Lots of choices on the restaurant menu. And the complimentary continental breakfast was excellent. ”

“I was very happy with my stay at Upper Delaware . I only picked amenities as a 4 because they have no hot tub.( not expected but had to wish 4 one after rowing into wind all day) . Seriously, they have a nice coffee bar& laundy. All I would want plus nice staff and clean new updated rooms . ”

“The shaff is helpful they over booked rooms and they worked it out quite with no problems the breakfast was good they had real eggs and sausage patties were good and hot ”

“Room was okay, but overstuffed pillows made me feel like I was fighting them all night.They kept on pushing my neck forward, didn’t mold, and just didn’t stay put. Six pillows in my room-ALL the same thing. Hotel’s gotta have different sizes pillows available in each room. ”

“They graciously accommodated by dog and we were able to stay in the barn. Super spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, made to order :) The staff were awesome!! I had a small medical emergency, and they were extremely supportive. Above and beyond :) Definitely coming again and bringing my family. ”
