"The hotel was great, only downfall was that for part of our stay, one elevator was down, and there were too many guests for just one elevator, so there were constantly lines to wait to get to your rooms. With the height of the hotel and being on a higher floor (14th), it wasn't doable to take the stairs constantly, so waiting in line was what we ended up doing. Other than that, it was a great place, and I would recommend it if the elevator is fixed."

"The hotel is showing signs of wear and neglect. It clearly underwent a facelift a few past, the materials used and installed were not designed to last. Small items were also unaddressed, like we did not have enough towels. In the end it was expensive for the conditions. The location is great."

"The moment I walked in staff informed me that they never offered valet services, and two minutes later a valet showed up. Our room smelled like mold and the bathroom had a strong urine odor. Ohhh not to mention the clogged tub! We had a terrible experience at the Hyatt Hotel."

"Room was small but fine. Elevators were extremely small and very noisy. It’s an old hotel, so it’s to be expected, but if you’re claustrophobic take the stairs."

"Not only did we pay for the round glass room, which was t cheap it had a bug looked like a tick. I felt disgusted they moved me room but after that you question the cleaning. Although Eddie staff member was really sweet concerned and helpful he can not control the slack of his staff which delayed 2/3 hrs at a time for house service & not to mention waiting 20min to even been tended to at the bar which we ended up leaving. Management wanted to give me points due to my experience which is ridiculous and the other manager said she would give me 50%off one night which she didn’t only have me 30% I didn’t even bother to call and fight it I’m tired of the run around vacation is suppose to be an escape not a constant problem."
