"The staff were friendly and helpful. There was air con but with it being -9 we didn’t use it. The room was well heated though so didn’t notice the cold. The room we had was a bit small for 4 people but we’ve stayed before and had a very spacious room, just depends what’s available in check in. The location is amazing, 3 min walk and your on Times Square!"

"I liked everything. Even though the hotel was very crowded, we didn’t have any problems. The only thing I didn’t like were the additional extra fees that we were required to pay. Because of that, it ended up being much more expensive than I expected."

"While not the most modern rooms in town, there was so much old New York charm to this hotel from the Art Deco fixtures in the lobby to the charming Tik Tok diner so convenient for a meal anytime of day! In the center of everything. One block from train station. Traveling with an elderly person to and from the Amtrak station was so easy! Plus, they allowed me to check in before 4pm. The double room was large by New York standards, had great beds a small seating area and a bathtub!! The view from the room was amazing. "
