“Check in was smooth. Super professional and friendly. Room was excellent. Comfortable with a great view of the skyline. Had a nightcap at the roof top bar. Excellent cocktails and extraordinary views. Interestingly we had to make a reservation for the bar and when we arrived we asked to sit at the bar, but were told people had reservations for those bar stools. Lil weird And when we left those same stools were empty. All good tho. ”

“The hotel is beautiful inside and staff are very friendly. It is easily accessible right next to Times Square and the rooftop bar and restaurant is too cute with an obstructed view of Times Square. If you are wanting to go to New York and stay in a very convenient hotel, this is the one! Highly recommend. They also give you a $35 voucher to use in the rooftop bar and restaurant which is always great ”

“We can’t rate this highly enough! Stayed as a family of 4, the staff couldn’t do enough for us, it was great. Even this afternoon when we were popping out to sightsee before leaving, the (lovely Donegal) manager insisted on popping our bags in his office as the bellhop was busy. Customer service at its finest! Food also great - I had a curry that was the closest to an Irish curry that I have tried out of Ireland, and my husband had a huge delicious steak. Can’t wait to come back!!”
