Hotel experience was good overall, not great for the price. Hotel has a small lobby, no pool or hot tub, but it’s close in proximity to many places. Great customer service, tight rooms, but it’s clean. I would stay here again.

Really lovely stay and everything was good overall. The hotel could improve the toilets in the rooms, as they don’t flush very well and clog quite easily. One day we didn’t have water from the taps for about an hour — possibly due to old pipes. It was frustrating to have to wait, but the issue was resolved. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, and we never really spoke with the staff except when we first arrived. The hotel shows a bit of wear, but it's NYC. Location was off the charts perfect. Never had any issues with feeling safe. Best of all, and why I would stay again, the VIEW. We had a corner room overlooking Time Square on the 64th floor. Could have stayed in the room all day, looking out the window. The free breakfast in the morning was average to a little better. But it was free and saved a few bucks in the morning. The elevator was a little difficult at times, but it's a 65-floor hotel with I think 4 elevators, and a lot of people, but it wasn't that bad.
