"The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at in New York City!! Very basic hotel no frills but the rooms are so clean, the location is incredible and I felt very safe!!"

"We were welcomed into the space by Ebony and Keke. They were very warm and welcoming. They basically tag teamed our check in and made it go super smoothly. Later Ebony carefully explained to me how to work the water/ice machine. It was lighthearted and a great connection. In the morning Claudia was super helpful about late checkout as well as recommending a bagel place in the neighborhood. Space was great. Really appreciate having a tub as an option. It’s a little tight in parts of the bedroom area but it does what needs to be done. Loved having the streaming accounts as part of the TV and not limited to some arbitrary channels. I would say that the outlets for plugs was out of the way. That was my only real complaint. Lovely stay. Reasonably priced. So close to so much. "

"Great location, great price for a New York centrally located hotel. Minutes from Time Square. Nice and interesting lobby. Rooms are adequate. Our room faced the inner courtyard, so not much daylight. "
