"All the major characteristics were excellent or very good. Restaurant was especially convenient and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and welcoming, especially my maid who made a point of cleaning my room during the hour I spent at breakfast. And, you can’t beat the midtown Manhattan location, particularly if you’re traveling by train."

"Whole hotel was very dirty. Lifts nightmare. Renovation ongoing without notice and tons of waste outside. Tea/coffee luke warm. Breakfast space tiny and dirty and too busy to get seated. Chaotic. Location good but wished had booked alternative hilton as this is the worst I have ever experienced"

"Spared every expense.
What appears to be a very efficient use of space in a great location turns out to be a dirty and exceptionally loud overnight stay.
Housekeeping left previous user's washcloth in the shower which inspires confidence that the sheets were actually changed.
Worse, every time someone left their hotel room you hear a reverberating CRASH in your room. Wouldn't be bad if this was a hotel targeting business travel, but with half the people i met at 10pm holding handles of liquor on a Sunday night this annoyance continued well into the night.
Will not be returning to this chain. "

"The place is an absolute joke for what I had to pay for it. Ice machines didn’t work. I had to go up and down floors looking for one that did there’s only two elevators that serviced the place and it has like 30 floors. Would never stay here again."
