"Let's just say that this hotel has seen better days. We had a/c and other issues when we checked in and had to change rooms after the first night. Everything is just really worn. It was an amazing hotel 15 years ago, but now it's just kind of average and needs constant maintenance. I have no idea what the "resort fee" was for as there was no added value to the place. You even have to pay to store your bags upon checkout. I will say our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and we had a great view. But the bathroom is very worn and has absolutely zero counter space. Some shelves would make a huge difference. I doubt we will return. I wanted to love it!"

"The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to Theater shows, the High Line, Times Square and many restaurants. It is reasonably priced for NY and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only glitch was one elevator was not working (being serviced) so getting up and down at peak times was difficult. As this is a temporary situation I will definately go back."
