"Great location, lovely quiet rooms"

"Top notch staff here through and through! We arrived early and just wanted to store our luggage. The front desk agent was super helpful and was able to get us in to our room early instead! That was a big relief for us. The room was nice and comfortable and we had a great view. Our dinner at Butcher and Banker was also phenomenal and the staff there were great. Will definitely stay again! "

"Clean rooms and good customer service "

"The first night we stayed, everything was fine. On the second night, the radiator was knocking so loud that it sounded like someone was hitting it with a wrench. This happened multiple times an hour all night. We called the front desk and his response was "I can bring you some ear plugs." When I spoke with the desk manager in the morning about it, his response was "I can't do anything about it." I would not stay here again."

"The receptionist is very rude and doesn't suggest any logical alternatives. Given the hotel's price-quality level, I recommend spending a few more dollars and staying at a different hotel…"

"We had a wonderful stay in NYC for two nights. Could not have asked for a better experience. When we checked in, the front desk informed us that we had a $20/day dining credit for our room, and loaded us up with ice cold water. It was such a peaceful oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city. 100% would stay at again!"

"Changed rooms because Tv did not work. Rooms are clean but have a feeling of a dorm room, no frills and the worst of it was the bed that even when you breathe it squeaks. The staff was lovely and accommodating but can only do what they can with what they have. It is a shame they don’t update this hotel because if you need proximity near Time Square this is a good location."
