"It would have helped if the hotel had a good parking rate and stated it. I parked 10 blocks away for a better rate. Breakfast could have been better, but there are several place nearby for good sit-down meals."

"The front desk staff is not friendly. The market store in the hotel has double/ triple of the price of stores outside the hotel. While room service staff is very helpful and friendly. Room does not have coffee/tea set, basic hotel amenities such as complimentary toiletries. "

"Extremely rude hotel staff across the board from the front desk to the elevator guards (the day-time guards were rude, the night-time guards were totally fine and kinder). Rooms are shockingly shabby and bathrooms are unacceptably filthy. The only two perks for this hotel are the location on Broadway and the fact that the restaurant, Friedman’s, is fantastic and has excellent food and waitstaff support. "

"Very very clean. Very nice staff. Older hotel. Poor shower pressure."

"The room was filthy… the lamp shades has stains inside that looked like residue from bed bugs, both double beds were lopsided and one of the mattresses had a huge piss stain on it. The windows were dirty and the carpet was extra filthy with stains and dirt tracks everywhere. That room (4041) should have never been allowed to be used. When I told the Manager (Derrick) and showed him pictures, his only concern seem to be the lamp shades. The QR codes on the desk and in the elevator didn’t work, when I finally got one that did let us order room service, the room service never came. Terrible look for the Hilton chain, I will never use that hotel again. That room was worse than a motel 6….never again!!"
