"We had some issues with the air conditioning being broken but the staff was quick to resolve it and were very helpful, but then my friend lost her earbuds and the staff was extremely rude (but did help us find the earbuds after three days of back and forth). The doormen were also very kind and helpful every time though, props to them! The overall hotel could use some repairs, it’s pretty dated and the outdoor areas (specifically the pool) felt almost rundown. It is, however, an amazing location and we had no problem navigating the city from the hotel. I would probably stay at this hotel again just for the budget friendliness, the location and the friendly doormen!"
