“Perfect location, and less than a block away from "the heart" of Times Square and the subway...which was great! Terrible miscommunication and delay with the check-in, which was disappointing, and we were given our room well after 3 PM. Avoid rooms near the hotel cleaning staff room, since the walls are thin and the sound of folks cleaning early in the morning can be a disturbance if you aren't a morning person (which I am, thankfully). The cleaning staff is very persistent in keeping the rooms...
