"Great location! Close to everything very clean, only issue we had was that we were assigned to the wrong room and had to use a rollaway bed. Overall would stay again if that could be avoided!"
"The only thing I wished was available was direct parking but I realize now that since my last visit the city has changed that, not the hotel. The valet, Pete, was amazing and friendly. The traffic impeded his parking nearby and police got involved, but again, a city issue, not the hotel. The entire staff, from our welcome at the front desk to the restaurant giving us dessert (bread pudding for breakfast) just so our sweet tooth was satisfied, were professional and personable. The meals were delicious and the room comfortable. I will stay again and recommend Hyatt to all friends/family headed to NY."
"It was an overall great hotel experience. Clean and pretty quiet. Just be aware it is located right across from the Lincoln Center so there may be a lot of foot traffic in and out but overall it is a great place to stay."
"The room was much smaller than expected, but it's NYC i guess. There was no coffee stand, expect the Starbucks that closes around 1 pm in the lobby where you have to pay, No food or vending machines, except the diner close to the hotel."
"The Row is in a PERFECT location and everyone was so helpful and kind. Our TV stopped working and they had someone on it right away. I would have loved a fridge in our room but other than that we will definitely be back next year!!"
