"There were a lot of Hiccups:
The ac didn’t work.
The shower was cold half the time.
My room was missing the table.
The curtain rod didn’t work properly.
But all in all"
"One of the front desk staff (I think her name was Martina?) was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly and helpful - we really appreciated her support in getting us checked in with an upgrade. Overall, the venue is very central and close to everything (Times Square, Central Park, Rockefellar Centre). The rooms were clean, fairly sized and the pillows/beds were extremely comfortable. The one thing for improvement would be that the lobby bathroom experienced a lot of foot traffic and could have been cleaned more frequently. We would stay here again - thanks for the lovely trip!"
"It's not my first time there and we like staying there because it's in the middle of Broadway and it's near Times Square and the staff and the conversations are really good there and now they even added the an option for breakfast from the restaurant near them generally I recommend the hotel"
"Staff was all amazing and extremely kind. The property needs some love though. Leaky bathroom in a few ways (sink and toilet). One day all the main elevators to our floor were out all day…walked down 28 flights of stairs to get out and then to get back up we were able to take the service elevators which somehow didn’t go to floor 28 (at least only one flight of stairs to get to our room this time lol). Rooms are outdated and worn. Location is excellent though. All around decent stay but cost felt high for status/condition of the property (especially rooms) compared to my previous stays at other (more upscale) locations in NYC."
