"The location of the Hyatt Regency Times Square was perfect! It was located right in the middle of downtown which made it super convenient. We were able to walk to many of the attractions and shopping with no problem. The hotel was clean and the rooms were roomy. I have already said this is where we will stay on return visits. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas!"

She is an absolute asset to Marriott and a perfect example of what exceptional hospitality looks like. If I were to offer one small suggestion, it would be the inclusion of an airport shuttle service something we would gladly pay for, as this hotel unquestionably deserves every bit of recognition it receives.
