Quiet, almost private, hotel. Well located for upper Midtown and Central Park. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with deluxe bedding/mattress. Bathroom had shower unit and a good size bath. We didn't use the restaurant or health room. We found the Concorde to be a perfectly positioned and appointed hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Concorde Hotel New York e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. È un boutique hotel moderno, elegante e molto curato: la struttura è nuova e gli ambienti sono estremamente puliti. Anche il bagno è un vero punto di forza, con prodotti di ottima qualità e finiture molto belle. Un elogio particolare va al personale, sempre disponibile e gentile, e soprattutto le cameriere ai piani e a Donald della reception, che si è dimostrato davvero professionale, attento e disponibile nel rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La camera era dotata anche di macchina Nespresso, una piccola comodità che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Al 3° piano, inoltre, gli ospiti hanno a disposizione gratuitamente distributori di acqua, caffè e cappuccino: un servizio semplice ma davvero comodo, soprattutto prima e dopo una lunga giornata in giro per New York. La posizione è eccezionale: in una tranquilla traversa di Park Avenue, quindi fuori dal caos e dalla confusione di Times Square, ma comunque vicinissima a tutto. Una posizione ideale per vivere Manhattan comodamente e poi tornare in un ambiente più tranquillo. La nostra camera era al 34° piano e aveva una vista spettacolare sui grattacieli di New York: svegliarsi con quello skyline davanti agli occhi è stata sicuramente una delle cose più belle del soggiorno. Pulizia, posizione, comfort, servizi e personale: tutto davvero impeccabile. Un hotel che consiglio assolutamente e nel quale tornerei senza esitazioni

Decent room, small but clean and quiet, very good bathroom. Tacky restaurant and bar next to average lobby area , restaurant service was good, food was decent . If you do a late check in, no food and drinks will be available. Staff at lobby,average. Side street in front of hotel a bit sketchy to walk at nights . This hotel has additional charges you will need to pay for separately.

The Concorde was an unexpected delight!! Both our room and bathroom were amazingly spacious, comfortable and well lit. And of course immaculate! The staff went out of their way to help us in every way. The location is great too, straddling mid town and more neighborhoody options. We will stay there again for sure.

Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Jedoch war ich ein wenig enttäuscht, als wir ein Zimmer in der 5. Etage erhalten haben, welches zur Straße ausgerichtet war. Insgeheim hoffte ich ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen zu erhalten, um einen besseren Ausblick zu haben. Letztlich war es aber unerheblich, weil wir das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen genutzt haben und die Aussicht für uns keine Bedeutung hatte. Als wir das Zimmer mit den Koffern betraten war es schon ein wenig beengt. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Es entsprach den Bildern. Das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig und mit Badewanne und separaten Dusche ausgestattet. Es gab ausreichend Staumöglichkeiten für die Sachen. Der Zimmerservice war ohne Beanstandungen. Das Personal stets äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben Meine anfängliche Skepsis wich dem Wohlbefinden, so dass wir äußerst positive Erfahrungen gemacht haben und daher das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Gegenüber dem Hotel gibt's eine Möglichkeit zu frühstücken, sofern man nicht im Hotel essen möchte. Auch in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es genügend Alternativen. Die Subway ist ebenfalls wenige Blocks entfernt. Wir waren mit der Lage sehr zufrieden und konnten unsere Ziele in Manhattan mühelos erreichen.

Everything was really great. My flight was pretty late, so checked in past 3am and the person at reception was very attentive. I was expecting some packages, and when I asked for them the bell boy was not very kind. Maybe he had a long day, but they need to be nice to guests. I left my reading glasses in the seating area in front of reception, and asked him if they had them, and he didn’t even made an effort to look around, immediately said no. Next day after checking out, I asked the person at the front desk and he handed them to me…. So besides that, everything and everyone else were great! Definitely will come back, nice rooms, great location!

It was a heatwave in the city, and the air conditioning in every room barely worked. They were very kind, and tried to help. They moved us multiple times trying to find a room with a consistent working AC and put fans in the rooms but it was pretty brutal. TV Remote didnt work either, had to have maintenance come fix it . Only one working elevator, took 5-8 minutes to go up or down every time. Staff wonderful.

The hotel was OK, but for the price level it does not hit the four or five star level. The location is the prime attraction here, very much in the center of Midtown near all the major spots. Rooms are very clean. The elevators can be slow. The hot water is good when it comes up to the proper heat level. Sometimes it took a while to get there. There is no place to plug in your electronics on one side of the bed. On the other side there is. They need more plugs, etc. No robes or slippers. No art on the walls of any kind. The coffee on the third floor is a nice amenity, but the milk used in the lattes and cappuccino may seem a bit off. The restaurant on site is very small and it’s a hit or miss proposition when it comes to quality. The staff is good, but does the bare minimum

Loved the cleanliness and the city views from up high were very good. Location excellent. The only downside is that it didn’t really feel like a hotel. It had a small bar, restaurant etc but no real feeling of a ‘centre’. Wasn’t a problem for us, but if you want somewhere with a bit more soul then look elsewhere

Good location on upper east side. Be aware that there are 30+ levels. Initially booked into a “deluxe” room that was on 27th floor. Room was in desperate need of a renovation: smelly carpet, peeling laminate, no view. Remote from amenities. Bathrooms were nice. Moved to 7th floor next day: a different world (better). Bar/restaurant pricey and average. Night manager / day manager were like Jekyl and Hyde.
