"Hotel is wonderful, clean spacious rooms and nice staff. Would definitely stay there again . Very close to time square so convenient. Only complaint would be the wait to check in , the line was almost a hour long at 4pm. And the security guy was very rude to all of us and more than once during our stay . "

My washroom sink was leaking and the outlet closest to the bed didn’t work. I informed staff who said it would be fixed straight away and neither issues were addressed. The amenities are extremely basic and the suits themselves need to be upgraded. The suits are very dated and poorly kept."
