Yesterday, I was also pleasantly surprised with a lovely little gift of local olive oil and natural honey, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I felt genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and happy during my stay at this hotel. I am already considering coming back and spending more time in the beautiful city of Chania. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!"
