"Room was clean and comfortable. Some wall fixtures were loose or missing and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned in a while, but overall a great stay. Elevator broke on the first day and still wasn't fixed 3 days later, but hopefully that isn't a common occurrence."

"This was our second stay here and we've already booked our third trip for January. We loved how close the resort was to the airport, 5 minute ride with their friendly driver Bob! The beds are so comfortable in this resort. We had a two bedroom suite, which worked out perfectly traveling with my mom so she didn't have to stay in a room alone. The pool area is so beautiful, there are always plenty of towels. We loved the shuttle down to Old Town, we utilized it daily, Johnny is such a knowledgeable driver and shares tons of facts about Key West and great recommendations for restaurants etc."
