This was not the room that was shown on your website - we did not have a partial island view. The hallway was open to the beach all day and all night. We were surprised when we arrived that we would have to pay a $65 charge per day for each of us. That was not listed in the description on your website. We would never stay at this hotel again."

"The room was very clean. Checking in was not pleasant. We arrived at 3:45pm (15 minutes before the 4:00pm check in time). We were told that for $150.00 more they could accommodate us with early check-in . We opted to wait the 15 minutes leaving our phone number at the front desk for a text stating our room was ready. 10 minutes later the room was available and we got a text stating so. I prepaid the room via hotels.com and knew I had only the resort fees left to pay. Knowing it was going to be around $130.00 the desk quoted double that. After producing my hotels.com receipt, she acknowledged her error. I strongly urge guests to bring receipts and closely watch their billing procedures. We will not stay there again."
