“Nice hotel, friendly and professional staff, didn't eat in the restaurant this time. The only downside is the room sizes - they are very small, the sizes quoted include the bathroom. We booked a standard double which is advertised as sleeping 3. We actually passed comment at reception who confirmed the double is only suitable for 2. There is a king size bed and a small table in the room, but there is no additional room for another bed - a cot would barely fit in the room. There are bedside...

“Room did not match the photos
The beds were that close together there was so room to put your legs out
The headboard didn’t match the beds so your head hit the wall
The bed hand a duvet under the sheet but not the whole way so there was a dip at the top of the bed.
The room was freezing, scanned the qr code to request help, no response. Told the front desk and they send up a heater said they would get someone to look at it didn’t come. Bathroom freezing. It was a really stormy night

“This is a strange hotel - it excels in some thing and disappoints in others. Breakfast really good, but some of the seats were extremely worn and tattered. In the room, the furniture seemed old, scratched, and marked - which I wasn’t expecting given the price. On the other hand, the pool was amazing. The a/c wasn’t working and I requested a fix in the morning. It wasn’t fixed by evening. However, the man who came to fix was super helpful! I’d submitted a request before arriving, and the...
