This location is currently being renovated, which is a good thing. The rooms have already been updated to the modern Courtyard style and the common areas and building exterior were works in progress when I was last there. The staff is helpful and accommodating. I appreciate that this location is being renovated as it was showing its age. I’m hopeful that the property will be more comfortable and modern.

The staff is incredibly helpful from Tom at the front desk to Sarah at the restaurant everyone goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We’ll be back since the service is always fantastic! The rooms are comfortable, safe location close to main roads, dining and shopping. Love to stay here!

They didn’t clean my room the first night, they advertised pool and hot tub, but the hot tub was broken, no notice, and what they called a restaurant was a Starbucks with limited hours and food. And the elevator broke, they didn’t put up a notice, and I’m disabled, had to go down the stairs. Was very disappointed.

We do a trip to Stockton every year and have been staying here since 1998. We truly appreciate the friendly staff and being able to do early check in. The rooms are clean and the hotel has everything we need to feel at home. Thank you for the added security to make us feel safe.
