I was traveling for business and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at -- the staff is so accommodating, the breakfast bar is much better than most, good coffee, the rooms are new and have everything you need -- lots of outlets, full kitchen (in the suite that I stayed in), good location, etc. Very clean. They mop the floors frequently and surfaces. It also doesn't have that strong post-covid cleaning smell that so many of these other chains. Highly recommend. It's conveniently located to University of the Pacific and Lodi.

The first thing that impressed me was the luxurious scent right when you enter the reception and lobby area. All the staff was very friendly, The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very nice and clean. I will definitely stay here again.

A great getaway. Has everything you need from the clean pool, huge fitness room, laundry room, and bbq grills. I love that there was a bathroom nearby in the lobby and pool area too. My kids enjoyed it just staying at the hotel and not having to go anywhere. I honestly would stay here all the time when a getaway is needed.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and spacious. I do with there were extra sheets and pillows for the sleeperd sofa. The windows need to be cleaned. And there were only 2 TV remotes - 3 TVs in the room. And one TV did not even turn on. It was fine because we were in/out all weekend, but had I wanted to watch TV in my room, I would not have been able to. The room was clean, which was great. The stairwell had a Reeses Pieces candy trash on the stairs for the 4 nights we were there. The gym had towels on the floor. When we called downstairs for extra towels and toiletries, the front desk was very accommodating and we received them expediently. Much appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was excellent reach day. And the dining area was kept very clean. Thank you.

Dirty Room…. Room service needs work!

Front staff was fantastic and addressed my concerns quickly…. BUT, the cleaning needs better training or an attentive manager. Our room on the service looked great but as we settled in there were black hairs all over the bathroom floor, the counters tops, nightstands and lounge chairs and various dried spills the we had to wipe down. I addressed with the front staff and management they sent room service right up but they did a half ass job cleaning the suite properly. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Everything else was great.
