"Nice hotel, great staff but the rooms need an upgrade on the IT Side. Only 2 plug sockets on the worktop, (there were 3 of us in a family room) and none by the beds & no USB charger points anywhere in the room at all. They still have the old dial up sockets we used about 15 years ago to get online via your landline phone line. Completely out of date & useless in this day and age. Get it upgraded guys…"

"Great location and stay. Staff amazing and helpful. Room very clean but basic and small space. Very quiet at night. Drinks machines were not working. YMCA next door had a fantastic cafe and hotel gave a free hot drink at that cafe."

"From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. Check in was quick and efficient, the receptionist explained everything clearly, the room was compact and just right, very clean including the bathroom. The lady at breakfast explained the self service and took our order for full English, which arrived in a minute and was excellent. All staff were really good and friendly. There is a shop nearby too. All in all we really enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed for 2 nights this weekend whist Electric Paradise Festival was on and the hotel was lovely. It was really clean and the staff were so friendly. It’s located around 1.5 miles from the national bowl. There’s a bus stop just outside which runs to the bowl and plenty of taxis. The bar and lounge area was really nice too with a lovely atmosphere. The double room was a decent size and comfortable. The room didn’t have a safe or a fridge which I would have liked but overall it wasn’t a problem. Really happy with our stay. Thank you"

"Everything was superb from start to finish. Luckily, my room was ready as we came a little bit early so they let us in which was really nice. The rooms were spacious, very clean and everything you need. I was on the seventh floor and the reviews were superb. Breakfast in the morning slightly limited, but they did make me my poached eggs and vegetarian sausages separately, which was good. I didn’t use the gym it’s small with some eco-friendly looking machines but it’s good for what it needs to be if you want a quick workout. Only downside was I ordered a tuna sandwich for room Service which was pretty disappointing as it was £17 for a very thin layer of tuna in service I would definitely stay again when in Milton Keynes."

"I'll start with the bad things: . Now that we are done with that, everything else was brilliant. Breakfast is rich, the Brasserie has a lot of options, most of them are good, some of them are small and a bit pricy. The atmosphere is of true nobility and the staff definitely play their role in it. The halls and the exterior are well maintained and you feel as if you are in the 18th century. Would recommend and most likely will come back"
