1. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was not explain my book including.
For example, I asked her about my breakfast after the check-in process, for 3 times!!!!!( that night, and then tomorrow morning, and after the breakfast.)

2. I ate the dinner of your hotel restaurant when I arrived day. It's so nice place, nice circumstance.
I couldn't the reservation there so crew asked me to leave...
โWe stayed for 2 nights and could have stayed longer. Our only criticism is the lobby cafe the food was not good and the coffee was not drinkable. The staff were friendly and helpful but there were only 2 on and a queue. Star needs to staff this area better particularly in the morning when people want coffee and improve the quality of coffeeโ
