“The building was old, but we can see the staff trying to keep the property clean. Bed linens are fresh and clean. Receptionist was nice. We had some trouble with the TV, but the repair man and receptionist came and fixed TV immediately. The Cleaning staff missed checking refrigerator of the former guest food. I suggest replacing toilet seat because it was damaged and looked bad.”

“Great room! Check in was excellent, each door has a keypad instead of a key. You receive a text message on the day you check in and get your code, nothing else needed! Staff friendly and helpful. Pool was not available for use, not sure why.”

“Our stay was near excellent. Friendly service, great staff, clean rooms, convenient accessories, nice layout, great walkout overlooking beachfront. Good breakfast bar, with hot food. Only hiccup. We lost half of hotel power for about three hours, first day. No big deal. Most things were working. Maintenance department had to wait for new part to arrive. But, got it fixed in reasonable time. ( I know, because I happen to be a Master Electrician for State of Michigan). Yes, I would stay again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, still learning but great service and attitudes. Loved that we could do a fire on the beach! Altho the beach area could have been kept up better. Our room was very clean and the balcony facing the beach of great! Pool area was also kept up nicely. We will definitely stay here again.”
