“The service here was excellent. I was there for a wedding and the front desk staff helped me on a few occasions. Great people!”

“This was a really great place to stay for a quick trip to Richmond. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of parking on site (although you did have to pay a small daily parking fee which was unexpected). The buffet breakfast was well done, and coffee was always available in the lobby. Rooms were clean and quiet. Located in Henrico suburbs, between Short Pump and Richmond City, but very easy access to I64/I95. Would definitely recommend if you have a car.”

“The room is very clean and very quiet at night which I like. It is also convenience to local restaurants, It will be my top choice when I travel to the South.”

“Great customer service, thank you!!!”

“Great location and vibe”

“Very nice environment and hotel. Centrally located with a lot of great restaurants around.”

“Everything was great. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean. If you need a super cold room to sleep, consider bringing a fan. The building is brick and wasn't built with air conditioning, so they are limited on where they can install the individual units. It worked fine, but its location limited air flow a little. Not really any fault of their own. Breakfast was great as well.”

“This is our second time staying at the very same hotel location. It’s nothing grand but good for what we needed. The breakfast was excellent as was the coffee. There were plenty of offerings for breakfast plus good coffee!”

“Good location. Across from Tobacco Company. Parking is challenging. Restaurant has an amazing breakfast, but the lunch is weak.”
