We were told to always use the back door for access, as front door would be locked, strange for a hotel, but the most annoying thing was the look on her face , she looked at us like we were a piece of dirt from under her shoe, unbelievably rude to say the least. "When we arrived the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Directions and access to the secure parking area was easy. Lovely clean comfortable room with lots of hot water. Sébastien Lecouffe, the manager was friendly and helpful. A great stay while visiting the Lille xmas market, which was a quick 15 minute Uber journey away."
