“Our experience overall was great. We felt that the staff at breakfast could have been more engaging when she was asked a question. While your staff was cleaning up from breakfast, my husband politely asked if he could get a cup for a coffee and although she did get him a cup, to which he politely thanked her , she did not even respond with a word to either of my husband’s kind gestures of appreciation.”

“몇 가지 빼고 다 좋았습니다. 직원의 일처리, 친절함, 주차 후 방까지 접근성, 수영장, 아침식사, 방 구조 등 다만 , 두 개의 침대 중 창가 쪽 것의 허리 부분 쿠션이 꺼져서 수건을 몇 장 대고 자야했고 차 종류 비치한 것이 너무 오래된 것이라 내용물이 굳기 직전인 것이 있었고 한 번 내린 커피 팩을 누가 거기 버렸는데 그대로 마른 상태로 티백 사이에 있었음”
