"We were staying there for accessing Fresno and didnt use Casino. Couple of points: The lighting in the Oak Grill was blue - a little strange. I didnt pay my bill at the restaurant as I thought it would be charged to my room. 30 min later 2 security guards knocked on my door and escorted me to the restaurant ito pay the bill immediately - a little over the top I thought. The resort is well set up for a casino, and clean, food is good and large portions, free coffee, but not set up for any other stay"

"Location was perfect! Visited the Shinzen Friendship Garden (inside Woodward Park) and Forestiere Underground Gardens. Hotel has all amenities for a comfortable stay including a restaurant on site. "

"We arrived at 3pm for check in, the staff informed us that the room was not clean yet and they will call us when it was ready. We came back around 4 and the staff informed us that the room was still not clean and had dog urine smell in it . We asked if we could get a different room or upgrade and we can pay the difference and they informed us that this was not possible."

"There was a huge party at the swimming pool. I called the management at 10:30 at night because there was no parking to stay at the hotel. She informed me that there was a baseball team that was there which were all minors with their parents who had invited relatives that live locally to come join the party at the pool. The management said they were gonna go talk to them, but obviously did nothing. The guest at the pool were allowed to stay until midnight but if it was anybody other than them, we would’ve been told at 11 o’clock when the pool closed to get out, nobody was allowed to enjoy the pool area because they allowed the party to happen. I will never stay at the hotel ever again. I will go back to the hotel across the parking lot from them. It was way nicer in a way quiet and I was able to enjoy the swimming pool over there when I stayed there the last Time. I even had some of the young kids baseball players as the manager said, run up to my door on the fourth floor and kick it as hard as they could and took off running I reported it to management the hoodlums were still running around, even though I talked to management! I absolutely will not recommend this hotel to anyone since management does nothing and allows people to have parties at the swimming pool and told them midnight, I will never spend any nights in the hotel! I woke up the next day and went to leave and the whole pool area was covered in beer, cans, and pizza boxes in garbage. It was absolutely disgusting!"
