"The room was just OK. When we first walked in, it smelled very bad so we opened the window and turned on the air. That helped the smell go away. The bathroom didn't look very clean, with mildew? looking stains around the outside of the tub and stains on the floor of the shower. I would expect a little better for what I paid. The staff was very kind and helpful."

"I've been coming here the last 2 years at least 4 or 5 times a month I rented a room yesterday paid the 20.00 early check in total of 96.00 The air was not cooling But the worst I had only 1 towel no wash cloths my boyfriend checked in with me went to office the staff told me I get only 1 towel that was at 12 noon and to come back at 5 or 6. "There is no reason for anyone to stay here. When we arrived the staff at the desk were not helpful at all when I inquired about parking. All I wanted to know was there a lot she could recommend….the response was “the city of Phoenix has parking”. I asked again if she could recommend a nearby lot then she tells me there is one right behind their building. She seemed annoyed from the beginning. Our room was dirty. There was a crusty spot on the floor, stains on the bed as well as a lot of hair stuck to the sheets and pillows. The ceiling fan had so much dust on the blades that it was actually formed on both sides. The shower water kept going from warm to scalding hot. We literally stayed for 2 hours then left and got a room at the Hilton across the street. This place is not “boutique” it’s rundown and not maintained properly."
