Very average for what we paid. The combination washer/drier made it difficult to get through laundry and they were very unwilling to provide clean towels. Expect to pay extra for wifi and pool towels.

This was a wonderful property, and the pool was amazing. Very secure parking and we will right across from the surf club and a wonderful beach . The front desk receptionist was not friendly and had an attitude .

The only good thing about this stay was the convenient location which was close to the beach and dining options. I think the property may be indivually owned and thus you are at the mercy of how updated a room is, and ours was not. The bathroom had a bad smell coming up the drain hole, there were small bugs all over the kitchen and table so much so that we would not have cooked in here. The wifi coverage was also so terrible. The pool was nice, warm, but nice. But we would not stay here again

I enjoyed the location of the resort and the pools. There was jazz music playing in our apartment on arrival. I was grateful for the two hotplates to cook with in the kitchen. It can get quite noisy with children in the resort however with the air con on and dark curtains closed you are able to have a daytime snooze and relax in the cool apartment. In our apartment you had a tv on a stand that can be moved to watch in bed or put on the patio. The step up into the shower bath was very high about knee height so anyone with leg or hip issues or elderly would not be able to get in or out of this shower.

Fantastic facilities for a Nana and grandchildren - I have stayed before without the grandchildren - I like to take the kids somewhere safe and fun for a few days to let their parents relax - this was perfect! Friendly staff and cleaners. Grocery store on the corner is GREAT. Overall for our needs 10/10

We hope to be back. The TV etc needs upgrading, and the dining room needs a dining table...but it was a lovely stay and we'd happily stay again.

Great location but rooms are very outdated, toilets ran constantly and there is no security around the pool so as an adult it’s very uncomfortable when you have kids jumping off of dangerous rocks and bridges with no staff or parents around.

Loved the lagoon and the pool areas, the kids loved it! But the room was soooo run down. It was in desperate need of an update. The main shower leaked all over the floor, the other toilet ran all night then would fill up, the front door wouldn’t lock/shut all the time. When we arrived we found the room dirty - crumbs on the couch bugs and glass on the floor and a cigarette in the bedroom. The reception lady was really lovely and came to do a quick clean herself which I really appreciated, but it just put a dampener on the stay right in the beginning.

Friendly staff, great location, my only fault was the shower/bath. The bath top was thigh high and I found it difficult to step over and in to take a shower.

We liked the security and landscaping view from balcony was beautiful.Staff were very friendly and welcoming.Room was lovely and clean. Bathroom bath and tiling could do with upgrade but over all lovely.

A beautiful family resort to stay with big and little kid's. Everything you could need for a fantastic beachside holiday. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are well equipped with everything from your basic bathroom and kitchen essentials to pool noodles, body board and sun lounges to make the amazing lagoon and heated pools even more fun! Straight across from Alexandra beach and Surfclub for a gorgeous morning beach walk and coffee or breakfast by the ocean. Divine. We will be back.

The pool is amazing. The family enjoyed spending a lot of time here - early morning and late night swims. Our room was comfortable, staff friendly and the grounds were beautiful. Easy parking and access rooms. Will very happily stay again. Surfboard hire shop was in front and the surf across the road. A few dining option in walking distance.

Amazing pools, the biggest I've ever seen at a resort like this and a great heated pool also! The spa's are also spacious but could be a bit warmer! The rooms were spacious and comfortable with good facilities. Awesome value and location - would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay with kids with the beach across the road, skatepark. The amazing pool is the main reason we book and the child loved it. However, if you’re looking to sleep in past 6am maybe choose somewhere else to stay. We stayed on level 2 and the noise from kids early in the morning walking past on our floor to go to the lift started from 5.30-6am. The people staying above us also woke up just walking in their unit every morning. I mentioned this to reception and she said that it could be from netball team staying there and if she saw them wold mention it, but it was actually a family. So nothing was done to ask the family to try to be more quiet. So, if you decide to stay there, try to get the top floor which is level 4 and not near the lift.
