“Freshly decorated, fridge, freezer and microwave in each room. Shower was good, beds were comfortable, rooms very spacious, air conditioning was great and right in the centre of town. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we were ever in the area.”

“낡은 편이지만 조용하고 깨끗하며 아늑합니다. 프론트에 연세 있으신 직원분이 친절하시고 아침 식사도 씨리얼과 토스트 머핀 커피 등이 간단히 제공되어 편리했어요. 숙소 가까이 마트 식당 맥도날드 팀홀튼 스타벅스 등이 있어요. 캐나다 다른 호텔에서는 방에 캡슐커피가 있었는데 여기는 없어요. 대신 전자렌지가 있어서 편했어요. 전반적으로 불편함 없이 지냈습니다. ”

“This hotel was difficult to contact after the booking process. They did not contact me to tell me that my reservation was cancel. Because I kept calling, they say “ thank you that you call because your room is full with bugs and you reservation has been cancelled”. They even did not look if i could possibly be accommodated in other room in that hotel. They just wanted to use my card information to book in another hotel.”

“My husband and I stayed here on our way to Alberta to pick up our daughter. Like everything in the area, it’s an older property and not without its quirks, but that’s part of the charm. Good location, close to Othello Tunnels.”

“Got a room other than advertised. Was not offered a discount. Room wasn't entirely clean, spider webs on the floor around the bedside stand. Kitchenette with no toaster, oven/range was unplugged and would need $15 fee to reconnect power.”
