"Property was located a bit far away from the train stations but close to the airport. Staff was pleasant and courteous. The breakfast and dinner buffets were incredible! Plenty of choices and food was super fresh and delicious! Definitely would recommend this place for a relaxing few days. "

"Our stay here was very comfortable! Parking was easy and inexpensive (500yen). The front desk had a map that clearly outlined the various small lots and which one they wanted us to use. The complimentary breakfast was yummy and had a nice mix of Japanese and western options. Its proximity to Hakodate airport was nice. The room was small but adequte. We’d definitely stay again!"

Rooms were clean, a/c worked very well, loved the area… felt safe, close to train stations, bus stops, street car stops, shopping mall, convenience stores, restaurants & sightseeing areas were a few minutes away. "I literally do not have the ability to accurately express how AMAZING, our stay was. The staff could not have been more professional. The Onsen, could not have been more relaxing, both the private and public ones. The place was spotless as well. It may have been the nicest, fanciest, ritziest place I’ve ever been. It has literally been the best, and I mean the best, part of my entire trip to Japan!! When I get married I want to go back there for my honey moon. "
