โThis is a โmust stay and relaxโ type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! โ

โWe stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didnโt see any signs and had great time with fantastic view.
Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place.โ

โI usually try to stay close to whatever transport hub Iโm using. But the were no rooms available in Interlaken, so I had to look further afield and happened upon a gem I would never have expected to find. Set on the mountain side with a view of Lake Thun and the Jungfrau mountains right there in front of your own private balcony. An amazing view. The room was compact but very clean. My only quibble was that bed had a footboard which is always a problem for tall people. The bus stop is right...
"The employee are not kind.
They said I couldn't check out before 7 a.m., so I checked out the night before. And the next morning, when I left at 6:30, there was no one at the front desk, so I took water from the regri at front desk. Suddenly, an employee came out and asked why I was taking water as I wanted, and said that I had to ask for it first.
There was no one around at the time so I had no choice but she treated me like a thief and ask if I was a hotel guest.
The staff didn't even ask us again if we needed water as we left, and I continued my trip in a very bad mood all day.
Another problem is that the hotel front desk is not open 24 hours a day. Is this the guest's responsibility?
The room quality is not that good and the bathroom is too narrow. I will never visit this hotel again."
