“Overall a great hotel. I would stay there again. Two comments, I found the pool area and waters ide was not as clean as I would have liked. The other is the breakfast - the food quality and selection was great, but I was disappointed to see that all the serving ware and cutlery is disposable, single use plastic. I would like o see the hotel chain do better from a sustainability perspective.”

“Location is great when taking the NL Ferry to Port Aux Basque. Breakfast was simple but worked for us. I was not pleased with the shower as it was difficult to work. The sheets were very thin and I recommend they be upgraded.”

“I would not recommend. It is very very dated. Our room with 2 double bed with one only having a mattress protector, no sheets. The only exit or entrance seemed to be at the far end of hallway . The oder in the hallway has a very musty smell. I've stayed at several motels with the West Western name attached to it and this particular one is in no way what I would expect from West Western ..”

“Hotel North was a comfortable and convenient place to stay before taking the ferry. Its location is excellent, just a short drive from the ferry terminal, making it a very practical choice for travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything else met our expectations. The only issue we experienced was that the hair dryer in our room wasn't working. We didn't have enough time to contact the front desk and have it replaced, so it would be helpful if these small items were checked...
