“Needs an update. Room was run down - holes in wall and carpet. Bed seemed to be broken. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was ok and nice not to have to leave hotel to find breakfast.”

“Could not open the window in our room and there was no air exchange to get fresh air. It was very musty and had an unpleasant smell. We had clean towels but the service staff left the old dirty towels from the previous guests hanging on the back of the washroom door. The carpet in the stairwells is stained and dirty and has a wet and mouldy smell. Both my wife and I got sick with sore throats and pinkeye after our stay.
