“I had a very enjoyable stay at Arthur & Paul in February 2025. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and my luggage was carried to my room. The room was very comfortable and clean and I enjoyed using the outdoor balcony. The included sauna and steam room are a fun place to relax in the evening. The swimming pool is a pleasure to use as is the hot tub where it is mandatory to be naked. The included breakfast was delicious. “Big and great room. Very intelligent thought out design of room and building. Didn't like the bed because it was too stiff. Couldn't have a good night sleep for the whole week. Air con was not cleaned and so I had a difficult time breathing and it was making my throat sore. Finally to many bugs entering my room. Other than that it was a very elegant room. Wished the table was bigger and that's it.”

“새로지은 호텔. 관리는 아직... 샤워실 물때가 여기저기 침대보 갈이는 하는둥 마는둥 수거은 6일동안 기존수건말아서 다시 넣어놓은거 몇번이나 확인함 청소도 하는둥 마는둥 물이나 수건이 새벽에 필요하다고 하면 데스크에 보관하는게 없다함..적극성 떨어짐 아직은 관리체계가 부족한듯 그러나 사람들 대부분이 매우 친절 다시 갈꺼냐고 묻는다면 다시갈꺼임 ”
