โThe water did not drain well in the shower, so I took a shower and waited for a while for the water to drain.
The old smell in the room gave me a headache.

โNoden is a wonderful modern accommodation in a beautiful building with significant unobstructed stunning views of Phnom Penh throughout. Generous-sized rooms with solid construction and enjoyable ambient lighting makes it feel like home. The rooftop pool is so wonderful, along with the sitting areas around it. Huge gym has updated and useful equipment. The management and staff are most professional and eager to be helpful. Definitely would return again!โ
โI had a very enjoyable stay at Arthur & Paul in February 2025. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and my luggage was carried to my room.
The room was very comfortable and clean and I enjoyed using the outdoor balcony. The included sauna and steam room are a fun place to relax in the evening. The swimming pool is a pleasure to use as is the hot tub where it is mandatory to be naked.
The included breakfast was delicious.

โBig and great room. Very intelligent thought out design of room and building. Didn't like the bed because it was too stiff. Couldn't have a good night sleep for the whole week. Air con was not cleaned and so I had a difficult time breathing and it was making my throat sore. Finally to many bugs entering my room. Other than that it was a very elegant room. Wished the table was bigger and that's it.โ
