"Well kept and clean room. I didn't give 5 stars for the amenities or staff as after checking in, I didn't really need to deal with them as my stay was wonderful and didn't have any hiccups. Greally location, lots of little restaurants and side streets to wander into. Will definitely consider this hotel again when staying in Myeongdong."

"We loved the room! The location was perfect as it was close to several subway lines, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was also friendly and spoke English. Would highly recommend!"

"Overall good stay here. The breakfast was good with wide spread selection, they do have a dress code and cannot wear the novotel slide-on in. The room was overall good, for the room - the luggage shelves might be too low for older folks it might not be that great and sometimes things might go under the shelf. That's probably how I lost my shoes in the room. The gym was good for a workout. Indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi was also nice to have since it's high up the view is quite nice. But in Korea you will need to bring a swimming cap even babies have to wear it. The play room on level 3 was also quite nice for children to play there. "

"Absolutely fantastic hotel! I have stayed here four times now. The staff are amazing. There was a slight issue with one of our electrical sockets in the bathroom, and within a few hours while we were gone, it was completely fixed, like it never happened. The hotel location is perfect, especially for first timers in Korea. The hotel is safe, clean, spacious, and has amazing views. The GS25 store is super convenient, and the manager there is always so kind! The cleaning staff are also so helpful and sweet. The only complaint I have is that the hotel room got super hot. I understand that hotels in Korea do not turn on AC during winter, and you can only open the window for cool air. Usually this works just fine during our winter stays, however, this time we stayed from March 20-April 6. The AC was only turned on during the second half of our stay. Our room was 86F/30C one day! While I still highly recommend this hotel, be sure to bring a small desk fan, especially if you are staying during late winter/early spring. Other than the temperature, this hotel has always been a favorite of mine!"
