This was a pop-up market outside of Taichung Stadium for New Year's Eve but delicious dumplings can be found at any Taiwan night market - it's not specific to this location! Usually you can choose fried or steamed and choose your sauce. Of course some dumpling stalls are better than others and since this will only put you out a dollar or two, I recommend trying many of them to find your favorite! #Market
