非常失望，實際住宿體驗跟網路評價差很多。床上有經血髒污沒有洗乾淨、蓮蓬頭是壞的會炸水，洗到一半淋浴架會掉下來、毛巾架也搖搖欲墜。旅館的設備欠缺管理。

採自助入住 大門與房間都是密碼鎖 完全不用帶鑰匙超級方便 ——————————— 房型：Gatsby 我們住在四樓，無電梯 進房前房東先幫我們開好了冷氣，很貼心 房東也超用心 還分享了一堆台南美食攻略給我們(Line) 冰箱在1F共用，東西寫個房號冰起來就ok ——————————— 隔音還好 在樓梯可以聽到別房聲音 不過進房後是沒有聽到 然後房間窗簾要拉好，不然可以跟別人互看，但白天陽光灑下站在落地窗前拍照有種透視美哈哈 ——————————— 地理位置也還算方便，離台南火車車站騎車7分鐘 入住前、退房後，有提供寄放行李服務♥️♥️♥️

For Expedia.com應該列出酒店和BNB,說明房間真實尺寸，因為相片和真實尺寸感覺差好大，在台南的話，我不會用四百多港幣租一間這麼小的房間而且是BNB,還是房間連小冰箱和水煲也沒有，裝修和相片差不多，不過真的很小和設施不足，隔音頗差，週邊食街右觀光方便，可惜本人較著重房間，職員非常友善和耐心講解及介紹，不過這個價錢我應該不會再入住了，因為如果是BNB 這個價錢太多選擇包括不錯的酒店

地點離車站有段路,但住房品質超級棒,服務人員的態度超級好,而且附近的武聖夜市也有很多好吃的東西,另外因為被安排到高樓層沒有電梯,所以有大型行李的朋友可以再考慮看看

滿意的住宿體驗

我們選擇Bella房型，環璄和相片100%相符，感覺整潔明亮又有個性，床鋪也很乾淨舒適，環境安靜，入住手續簡易方便，住得很滿意！（當自己家一樣，哈哈）地點離神農街也大概15分鐘路程，樓下附近也有便利店和宵夜，不錯的！如有行李箱，上樓樓梯比較陡要留意。

它是”慕特公寓 Mutter Apartment”的姊妹新館，位於中西區中和街。 地點：附近屬於住宅區，對於不會在台南駕駛的遊客來說不是很方便，因為很難可以在路上找到計程車。 服務：沒有工作人員駐場，是自助式的Check In，有任何問題都只能透過LINE查詢。 設備：公寓共高5層，沒有電梯，行李需自行搬到房間。設有大廳、公共空間、廁所讓住客使用。 房間：裝潢很新；房間可以放到兩個大行李箱，不算太小；床墊較硬。 總括而言，位置並不十分優越，但勝在是新館，CP值還是可以的。
