Staff are great! Very accommodating and very quick to response for your every need. The only thing we didn’t like is the actual building/ hotel room itself. It could really use a major renovation. I had high hopes on the property because we were able to stay on another Green world hotel (station) 3 years ago and we were happy with the facilities, not this one though.

I really enjoyed the location — it’s very convenient and close to everything I needed. The hotel is clean, and you can clearly see the attention to detail and dedication of the team. Personally, I found the pillows a bit too firm, though still acceptable for a good night’s sleep. The facilities are somewhat older, but they are well maintained. One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the reception could remind guests to use the key to lock the door when leaving the room. I initially thought the door had an automatic smart-lock system, so for several days I didn’t lock it when going out, and only realized after housekeeping had locked it during cleaning. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the staff’s effort.
