We are happy that we have chosen this property. Its very close to Ximending yet far enough to give a quiet neighborhood. The staff are very friendly and quick to provide assistance when needed.

The property is located on the 10/F of a residential building. Building feels relatively safe although access controls could be enhanced to improve guest security. My stay was good and really appreciated that the reception allowed me to check in 3h earlier as all shops were closed as I arrived when typhoon Kong-Rey struck Taiwan. The convenience of this location and the value for money offered for its proximity to 西门町 is really fantastic.

Nearby Ximending and able to find food around the area easily. Staff is also very friendly and checked us in early. Did not like that the heater takes some time to heat up as it was cold during the period we went and there's no heater in the room/toilet. Im a light sleeper, in the morning we can hear the heavy trucks driving passing by as well. Nonetheless, if guests are not concerned with the above, would recommend this hotel. Lastly would recommend upgrading to this room as it is average size, wouldn't say it is big.

room was clean and hotel reception staff were very friendly! they provide baggage storage before check in & also after check out. very responsive on LINE chat when we ask for check in details etc etc. hotel walls are quite thin, can hear footsteps and people talking, but overall a very good hotel they have also upgraded the door lock to a card key instead of the manual key.

small room and poor sound proof. Just like staying in Hotel 81 singapore. Nearby to restaurant and convenient store. Walking distance to night market 20 mins. Basic room amenity. Improvement : Toilet to have bidet or wash spray due you are not allow to flush down tissues.

We had 12 people stay and the hotel hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. If I had questions, I just asked via LINE and they were able to respond in english as well! We needed to have 5 for 1 room that had 2 double beds and they kindly added a twin bed for us! There was cleaning service daily and they restocked us on water bottles each time! One of our gals needed ice for her ankle injury and the host literally got his own ice from home and donated it to us! SO HOSPITABLE! We had to check in past midnight and just notified them beforehand in LINE. They were so kind when we arrived and check in was smooth. Our room was clean and very comfortable. It is also in a very central location for Taipei! We are all very thankful! Definitely will have to come back!!!!

Had a wonderful 9 night of stay from 27 March - 5 April. Good point: - Room are clean, all staff attitude is responsive, helpful and friendly. - They have a mini pantry to refill water, winter melon lemon drink and some snack for refreshment. - Washing machine @ 100 Twd / Dryer @ 100 Twd For me, paying this only take 50 min for washing 50 min for drying [1time] so paying is okay for me. [Some hotel have it for free but you have to consume more time to keep washing and drying as they are of low speed and have to spend more time monitoring] - The food nearby are all very tasty and very near to the train station and ximending. Can be improve: - The hotel is at level 10 of the building and have to share the lift with their residence / office people and if you urgently need to use the toilet better find a toilet nearby first. - Shower water are very hard to adjust, either very hot or very cold. - Shower water very small, abit time consuming to shower. - The ceiling is abit too low for tall people above 1.7m to stand in the bathtub for shower so have to shower at the corner beside the bathtub. - For my room the soundproof was bad it is near to the other room so when i am on my bed sleeping, i can hear the room beside hanging their thing on the hanger as there are the “kiang kiang kiang” sound which is quite annoying and also when people return back to the hotel as it was near the lift too. But overall summarize, the stay there was still amazing and wonderful.
