The hotel location is amazing, right next to MRT which is super convenient for all our travelling needs. The staff were all wonderful. It would have been good if the hotel offered dinners but there are many restaurants nearby.

Incredible Staff

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. The staff is spectacularly helpful and efficient. I can't provide enough superlatives about the people who work at Les Suites. The ground floor is beautiful. The breakfast and happy hours are amazing, and the clientele is friendly.

Property is overall great, nice amenities and friendly staff. Not many things could be better. Internet connection got broken one time, but they resolved it within 1h and that can happen everywhere. Showers are top, rainforest to take a shower.

I like all the thoughful things provided in the room. Charger, small hygiene products, spacious bathroom. Breaskfast and happy hour was very good. Staff very polite and helpful. Would stay again. Did not recievie gold member benefits, free drinks in happy hour but all guests recieved this so not an added benefit. No room upgrade as per Gold member.

it was better if the we can enjoy breakfast from 6:00 or 6:30. actually, 7:00 am is too late for me. and the switch of cealing light was very difficult for me, so in the first night, i could not sleep well, unfortunately. but the hotel and the staff were very great!
