Good located hotel next to metro station

Good 4 Star Hotel, very friendly staff, stayed there for a week on business. Hotel is great located, next to a metro station (BL17), good area, nothing to complain. Bed was a bit on the soft side and the wardrobe, even it looked kinda new, had a bit shaky doors. Rate was ok, would stay there again without hesitation.

Room is clean. Some of the staff, like the cleaner on 14/F are very nice and attentive while some of them, like front desk staff, have poker faces. What slightly confusing us was a notice about calling front desk to collect takeaway packages, I did what it said to collect my CREM cake package but the staff was terribly confused when I called. We also notice there were two cans of soft drink in the fridge but we were uncertain whether they see complementary or not. The cast iron bath is very nice if you are someone who love bathing, but it is tiny bit of inconvenience to climb if you have knee pain like me. The hotel is well located. Stone throw from the MRT station, Qing Hua Jiao hotpot, and walkable all the way to Dream Plaza in 20 min. Will stay again if going to Taipei.

Location is excellent as it is 3-min. walk away from a central metro station and across the street from Taipei Dome. Culture Center nearby as well. However, still have to take the metro to get to City Hall and other primary shopping areas.

It was a good experience overall. The hotel staff ate friendly and helpful. We stayed in an executive room and it was spacious and clean. We had the view of Taipei 101.location was great. Except for the water not draining so well in the shower and needing a netflix account to watch an english show/movie, evrything else were great. 😊

The day I stayed was a cold day. It seems that the rooms do not have warm air conditioning so it was a bit cold at night. Other than that, service and the facility was very good.

I have been staying this hotel for years. This is the first time I stayed after pandemic. Even though the facilities is a bit of wearing out, it is still very nice. And the professional and friendly staffs are another reason for me to go back. The location is probably the best compare to other hotels in Taipei. It’s so easy to go everywhere from there. And their bed is very comfy. However, the bathroom was not design for shower purpose. If you are a bath person, the design is a great design for you. For shower people, the shower head is not exactly in a right position. I made the room wet the first time I took a shower. So i had to carefully shower if I dn’t want a wet room. It’s not difficult and you can always ask for more towers.

I visited Taipei 6 times for 100 days the past year. This is one of the worst hotels I stayed at (13-15 hotels this year). Lobby and restaurant looks nice, and that’s where it ends. Room had worn carpet, lumpy bed, baseboards scratched up, bathroom had mold on the caulking and around the sink and mirror. Gross!!!! The water pressure was too low—-took 30 min to fill the tub and couldnt shower off the soap. Asked to use the restaurant at 1am for a call i had to make to my US office and the desk staff said we cant use that area after hours—-im not eating, just sitting on a chair! He said to use lobby, but they have christmas music playing loud and said they cant turn the volume down. Definitely not worth the $119 rate. Lot of hotels at $90-110 that are better.

I have stayed here about ten times. Every time I stayed here, the hotel facilities and service have improved and I feel more and more comfortable. This time, the view from my room was the best ever on the higher floor! I enjoyed the night view of Taipei 101 all night! Breakfast, good enough, and the location perfect!
