西門町の中で立地抜群ですが、記載の住所と実際の住所・位置が違う上に表に看板も出ていないため、記載の住所でマップ検索をしても永遠に辿り着くことはできません。
GoogleマップではPaveno Hotelと検索すれば出てきます。なぜ名前が違うのかは謎。
事前にホテルへメッセージを送り、正しい住所とエントランスを見つけるためのインストラクションを送ってもらうことをおすすめします。(本来は要求しなくてもホテル側から送るべきですが)
特に、中国語も英語も分からない方は、絶対に事前にクリアにしておくべきです。
私が滞在した際は2名の男性スタッフに会いましたが、英語がある程度出来る方が1名、イレギュラーな対応は難しいが簡単な英語であればコミュニケーション可能な方が1名で、日本語が出来る方はいないようでした。
部屋は広くはないですが、最低限の物は揃っていて清潔感もあり、全く不自由はありませんでした。
最上階にテラスとセルフのカフェ(朝は朝食会場、その後〜22時はスナックやドリンクがフリー)があったのは高ポイントでした。
Located in Ximen, it’s quite convenient.
However, provided address is not correct and there is no signboard on the street, so you can NEVER find it.
When you search on GoogleMap, find “Paveno Hotel” instead. I don’t know why they have two different names.
Even if you find it on the map, it’s still hard to find the elevator to go up to the front desk.
So I strongly recommend you to ask them to send detailed directions via message in advance.
The room was well facilitated and cleaned.
The top floor has a terrace and self-service cafe, providing breakfast, free drinks and snacks in the afternoon till 10pm. I really enjoyed the advantage.

Thank you for the accommodation.
I hope you solve the problems on directions; correct the address, unify the hotel name or register both names on GoogleMap, make it a rule to send the directions to guests in advance.
Then no more guests would bother you on the phone and all smoothly reach your place without exhaustion. 加油! :D
