Every year when I visit Taipei, my choice of hotel is VIA TAIPEI MAIN STATION. The staff are both friendly and helpful including the housekeepers plus the staff in charge of upkeeping the dining hall.

Staffs were great! Within walking distance to Taipei train station, also can take metro train if don’t feel like walking. Property kept clean, nice and neat. Offer snacks and bottle water.

The staff was wonderful. I love the snacks and coffee they have at the property. They only have one washer and dryer but I didn’t find it was troublesome to use it. Transportation is mainly good, just few minutes from the station. Room is okay. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

A treasure located in the heart of Zhongzheng District, Taipei. Smack in between Taipei Main Station and NTUH Convention Center. a 15 minute walk to either of these spots. Lots of great eating places and local market right outside the front door. Very well maintained and extremely helpful staff 24/7. Their 24/7 snacks, water, coffee, soda and ice cream machine are very handy. Super clean room, a/c and great bathroom. I'll be staying there on my next business trip.

This was a very functional stay. The location is very convenient and close to three MRT stations, as well as lots of shopping and food. The building itself has seen a bit of wear and the lobby and hallways are cramped. Not unexpected, but this is a budget pick. The rooms are comfortable, although there was a power outage and the a/c had to be manually restarted. The staff seemed to be operating a family business, I.e. they had friends around and chit chatting, did not wear uniforms, but were helpful enough

Honestly, the hotel was great! Good price, was able to check in and out very easily. A FREE snack bar that included water, soft drinks, ice cream, and many snacks. Our room was very nice and well-kept. Shower was amazing. Would definitely stay again!

The location is good, only 10 minutes walk to Taipei HSR station and other attractions. There are many buses stop nearby. The room is clean , bed is comfortable. All front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. The 24 hours snack bar has good variety of snacks and comes in handy when you feel like something small and light that can cheer you up. Highly recommend it if you visiting Taipei

Room was spacious for family of four. Espresso machine was excellent. Nice to have free fountain drinks, bottled water, and instant noodles. The kids didn't like the snacks though. Location is quiet, about 10 minutes from Ximending, but close to the Red Line station and about 15 minutes from Taipei Main Station.

I absolutely loved my stay here! A super convenient location close by various train and bus lines (about 10 min walk). There are multiple convenient stores nearby, Watsons, and places to eat. Clean and air conditioned rooms. A 24-hour lounge to rest in with water, snacks, drinks, and even ice cream to enjoy. Spacious room with amenities (although note that Taiwan has specific rules on amenities, so you should bring some things like toothbrushes/toothpaste/combs etc.) They have hotel information and guides in various languages via QR code, so it was very easy to find what you needed. The staff are all very helpful and attentive. I also liked being able to take the stairs down if I didn't want to wait for the elevator. Overall, I would definitely stay again during my next trip!

I absolutely loved this hotel. Location is perfect. Price was fantastic. Amenities were exceptional. It was so great that we plan on booking again in a month before we leave taiwan. LOVED the massage chairs in the basement too.
